We benefit from being in close proximity to highly respected facilities and locations such as the Aberdeen Proving Ground, Fort George G. Meade, Joint Base Andrews and Naval Air Station Patuxent River. We leverage our relationships with these institutions to recruit and train the most talented and qualified individuals.

An opportunity to close the skills gap for your new employee, utilizing a plan that reimburses your business a percentage of the trainee’s wages up to $12,000.
Work & Learn Training
A hands-on paid work experience, using your methods to train and access the skills of veterans and spouses. The veterans are paid $15/hour through a grant and work 32 hours per week for up to 8 weeks.
Work Opportunities Tax Credits
Up to $9,600 in tax credits for your business when you hire a disabled veterans.
